About

Long-term owners, not flippers.

We buy properties to keep them. Most of what we own is rented long-term to residents and businesses; some of it we operate as short-term and mid-term rentals, and some of it is RV and mobile-home communities. We buy with our partners through a small group of holding companies, we use our own title and closing team, and we don't ask the seller to fix anything. Agents who bring us a deal keep their full commission and usually bring us the next one.
